Terms of Service

"We", "us", and "Logify" mean Rocket Digital Limited, 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. "You" means the person using Logify – AI Logo Maker. By installing the app or visiting logifyailogo.app, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Logify.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use Logify. If you use Logify for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Logify – AI Logo Maker on iPhone for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.

Logify generates logo concepts using AI. Subject to our continued operation and your compliance with these Terms, you may use logo concepts you generate in Logify for personal and commercial branding — websites, packaging, social profiles, and marketing.

Because AI models can produce similar outputs for different prompts, we do not guarantee that any generated logo is unique or that you have exclusive rights to it. Before you use a generated logo commercially, you should:

• Review and customize the design.
• Run a trademark search in your country and industry.
• Consult a trademark attorney for material use.

You agree not to:

• Use Logify to infringe trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.
• Generate hateful, harassing, sexual, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service.
• Resell raw access to the AI logo generator without our written permission.

Logify offers in-app subscriptions processed by Apple via the App Store, with entitlements managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew at the price disclosed in the App Store unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refund requests are handled by Apple — see Apple's policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Logify is built on third-party services including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. Their availability, pricing, and terms can change. We are not responsible for third-party outages or actions.

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you submit. You grant us a limited license to process those prompts to operate the AI logo maker and improve the service. We will not publicly display your prompts or your generated logos as marketing examples without your consent.

The Logify name, brand, app icon, website design, and source code are owned by Rocket Digital Limited. You may not use the Logify brand to imply endorsement without our written permission.

Logify may show ads delivered by Google AdMob in free tiers of the iPhone app. By using the free tier, you agree that ads may be shown.

Logify is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the AI logo maker will be error-free, that any generated logo is unique, or that any logo you generate is fit for trademark registration in your jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to Logify is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Logify if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us, our users, or third parties. You can stop using Logify at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, except where local consumer law gives you stronger rights.

If you use Logify on iPhone, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for Logify or for any claims related to it.

We may update these Terms as Logify evolves. We will post the revised Terms at https://www.logifyailogo.app/terms. Continued use of Logify after changes means you accept the new Terms.
